Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The single-page scan needs no card, no signup and no email address. Paste an address and read the result.
Is this an SEO audit?
No. An SEO tool asks how you rank in a list of blue links. Crawlglass asks a narrower question: when an AI assistant fetches this page with no browser and no JavaScript, what text does it actually get? The two overlap, but a site can pass one and fail the other.
What if my site is built in React or Next.js?
That is exactly the case worth checking. If your text only appears after a script runs, most AI crawlers see an empty shell. We show you the literal text that came back, so you can see which it is rather than guess.
Do you store my site, or the pages you fetch?
There is no account and no database of scans: the result goes to your browser and is gone when you close the tab. Two things do get recorded, and it would be dishonest not to name them — our analytics counts that a scan happened and what grade it got, never the address, and if a scan fails the address lands in our error log so we can fix it. The privacy page spells out how long each one lasts.
Can I cancel Pro?
Cancel any time: press Access purchase in your Polar receipt, or open your Polar portal — nothing to phone, nobody to talk to. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you have paid for. If Polar switches your licence key off before that period is up, email mike@gearyworks.com and we refund the unused part. Or ask for a refund within 30 days and you get the whole charge back, no reason needed.
