The short version
A free scan needs no account and no email. We keep the address you scanned and the result so the page can show it to you and so we can tell whether the product works. We do not sell anything to anyone.
What we collect
Free scans: the address you submitted, the result, and the time. Plus standard analytics — page views, which country, which browser — with no cookie that follows you to other sites.
Paid accounts: your email address and the pages you asked us to watch. Your card details never touch our servers; Polar handles payment and holds them.
Who else sees it
Vercel hosts the site. Polar is the merchant of record and processes payment. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and scans with no cookie and no cross-site identifier. Sentry records errors, including the address being scanned when one happens. Resend sends the emails you have asked for. Each of them sees only what they need to do that job.
How long we keep it
Scan results for 90 days, then they are deleted. Error records for 30 days. Account data for as long as you have an account, and 30 days after you close it.
Your choices
Email support@crawlglass.com and we will send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We do not need a form or a reason. We do not send marketing email to anyone who has not asked for it.
Children
Crawlglass is a tool for people running websites and is not intended for anyone under 16.
