Crawlglass is operated by Geary Works, 1380 Rio Rancho Blvd SE #470, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87124, United States. Using the site means you accept these terms.
What the service is
Crawlglass fetches a web address you give us using plain HTTP and reports what it found. It is a diagnostic tool. It is not advice, and it is not a guarantee of any outcome with any search engine or AI assistant. The limits are listed in full at /what-it-cannot-do and are part of these terms.
What you may scan
Scan addresses you own or are authorised to test. Do not use Crawlglass to probe someone else’s infrastructure, to test private or internal systems, or to get around an access control. We block private and internal network addresses, and we will block accounts used to try.
Fair use
The free scan is rate limited. Do not automate it, resell it, or route a third-party product through it. Pro has a page limit stated on the pricing page. We may throttle or refuse a request that threatens the service for everyone else.
Payment
Polar Software Inc. is the merchant of record for all paid plans. Polar handles the charge, the receipt and any sales tax or VAT. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you have paid for.
No warranty, and what we owe you
The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that its findings are complete. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You can stop using Crawlglass at any time. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken. If we end a paid account for a reason other than a breach by you, we refund the unused part of the month.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and a material change to a paid plan will be emailed to subscribers before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
